OneDrive will show a padlock icon next to the sync status if the file or folder has settings which prevent it from syncing. When OneDrive Setup starts, enter your personal account, or your work or school account, and then select Sign in. In Windows 8.1, search for OneDrive, and then select the OneDrive app. In Windows 7, under Programs, select Microsoft OneDrive.
